During the evening there is ample time to chat with fellow members. Plant sales and exchanges, and a light hearted competition for the most interesting item from your January garden which can be shown in a jam jar. A raffle and tea or coffee. Club membership is £10.00 per year for 10 meetings, or £2.00 per night for guests. HOWEVER as this is our first meeting of the year, guests are invited for free on this night to see what our club can offer. Club meetings take place on the last Tuesday of each month, each with a different interesting speaker. . .more info

Fri 29thQuiz Night - St Mark's Church Hall, 6.30pm for supper at 7pmshow fewer months
This is a thoroughly enjoyable event including a delicious fish and chip supper followed by brain teasing questions. Prizes for the winning team and a raffle too. Doors open 6.30pm for supper at 7.00pm. Last year this was fully booked and raised a staggering £750! Vegetarian meal option, soft drinks provided but bring along your own beer/wine if you wish.
